Just as the reasons for walking the Camino vary, so do the people and their stories. Whether you're escaping everyday life, searching for meaning, testing your physical limits, or simply enjoying nature — every journey is unique.
What were the best moments? For some, it was the first glimpse of the Cathedral in Santiago. For others, a sunset over the Atlantic, a naked leap into the ocean, or the deep realization that you're never truly alone on the Camino.
There's always someone to talk to, something to share, and new friends to make. Often, all it takes is a simple "Where are you from?"
I met and walked with pilgrims from all over the world — sometimes for a few kilometers, sometimes just because they liked our dog.
